Booking & payment terms
Booking shall be done by email, inquiry form, fax or phone call. We need full names (family names in capital letters) and gender of each people, number of people, number of rooms, type of rooms, check in date / time and mode of arrival, check out date, etc.Cancellation policy
Cancellation of rooms must be informed by phone as early as possible. The down payment shall be non-refundable.
No show
In case you don't show up two hours after the appointed check in time we do not guarantee the room unless the pre-payment is done.
Payment
For long stay guests we will give our bank details so that they can send the payment by bank wire. Bank charges shall be paid by the guests. Payment for short term stay are small amount so bank wire may not be feasible and we accept payment by Thai Baht cash on arrival.

Payment by credit cards
We can accept VISA and MASTER cards, and there will be 3% additional charge to pay the bank for the credit card procession fees. Please send us your full names as on your card, card type, card number, and expire date.
Walk in at the hotel
You can also walk in if we have available rooms for you. Walk in clients shall pay using Thai Baht cash money. At the moment we are not able to accept all types of credit cards as well as checks.
Normally check in and check out time is noon. If you want to early check in or late check out please let us know when booking. There may be extra charges.
